Our philosophy instills environmental responsibility into our designs. We have designed within USGBC requirements for all levels of certification (including Utah’s first LEED Platinum and Sustainable Sites at the Swaner Eco Center), as well as Green Globes and NetZero Guidelines.
We focus on the performance of building systems, indoor environmental quality, and integration of building functions in system selection. The benefits of an integrated, high–performance building can include: reduced operating costs, improved productivity and efficiency, enhanced user health and educational supportive experiences, and greater stewardship of natural resources.
