A LEED® Gold Certified project. The new 52,000 sq. ft. recreation center includes a lap pool, leisure pool, water slide, current channel, and a children's play structure.

The building resembles a contemporized mining structure, reflective of Kennecott's presence in the community and the City's mining architecture and history. The project obtained LEED® Gold Certification.
