CASEY MCDONOUGH has a way with private owners. In addition to offices and mixed-use work, Casey is our go-to guy on our multi-unit housing projects: condominiums, town homes, assisted living homes, and apartments. Residential development can be trying for both client and architect, but Casey provides the most anxious client the peace of mind that he has his or her best interests at heart. He understands the building type, and, more importantly, he understands what it takes the client to get the job off the ground.
JOSEPH MILILLO has a reputation for attention to detail that has served him well as project manager of the Carolyn Tanner Irish Humanities Building, The Bingham Entrepreneurial and Energy Resource Center and the Iron Horse Transit Operations Center. Joe not only produces accurate and comprehensive sets of construction documents, he has a keen design talent and a dry sense of humor. Despite decades in the West, clients still can detect a hint of New York in his Utah ways: laid-back but relentless.
KENNETH WHEADON has been a licensed architect since 1993, working on projects from Java Joe's to the Huntsman Cancer Institute. He has done municipal projects, institutional work, luxury homes, commercial, religious facilities and retail jobs including eight car dealerships. Ken is a mature architect who is especially adept at understanding clients' wants and contractors' needs. Ken collects and rides antique motorcycles - a wild side that belies his unassuming, quiet, and capable daytime demeanor.
