Join our team of creative, dedicated professionals in our Salt Lake City-based practice of architecture and planning. We are seeking an individual who is fully competent in the implementation of quality control processes on architectural projects. This person will work collaboratively with multiple project managers and their teams to develop, standardize, and implement quality control processes from the beginning to the end of projects, with an initial emphasis on quality construction documents including redlining documents and training and mentoring project staff to improve document quality.

Requirements:
15 or more years of experience in quality control for the entire building design process, including redlining documents for other project managers, setting up project quality control processes, and mentoring/training staff in document preparation and other project QC processes. Experience must include a variety of building types and a range of construction costs up to $40 M. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of applicable building codes is required. In addition, the successful candidate must have proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
